People of Praise blogs

Do you know how many folks in the People of Praise are blogging? We asked ourselves that question recently and found that, well, you can’t count the number on your hands. So we (Justin, Sean, David, and I) put our heads together and came up with this list:

This is really cool. I didn’t just type that list up. I got it from Justin. He put it together by tagging all of the sites “peopleofpraisemember” on his del.icio.us site. Then I just copied a little bit of code onto this page and voila! If you’d like to use this list, all you have to do is put this code somewhere on your page:

Justin’s keeping an eye out for new blogs, so leave a comment and he’ll add you to the list.

can you put full names on who is who’s blog? Just so its not so “inside”. I don’t even know who alot of people are.
    Thanks

  5. Justin Says:

Gotcha Karen! TJ, yeah that may be a good idea. The initial thought was just that it’s a nice way to casually refer to each other, and that maybe not everyone on the list would want to have their full name out there. But it won’t scale well, as our numbers increase. So we’ll probably get the last names added in there soon.. thanks man, and you’ve got a lot of flickr pictures brother!

Got it John. Also wanted to let you guys know about Dan Ficker’s RSS feed of all of the blogs. He’s watching this list and adding each new one to an aggregated feed provided by Google Reader, it can be found here:

    “people-of-praise” via Dan

If you add that to your feed reader, or add it as a Live Bookmark in Firefox, you will see new posts for anyone in it, w/out having to visit each site just to check.

Just wanted to let you know that I am back from Texas. So, instead of tagging my posts as “Texas”, maybe “Minnesota” would work. However, I am not (yet) a part of the Dinkytown household. Thanks!
